PURPOSE: A W-shape branch sleeve strongly binding a main line connected to a sleeve body and a low voltage line is provided to strongly bind a main line connected to a sleeve body and a low voltage line using a binding band, the first and the second accessing hole. CONSTITUTION: A W-shape branch sleeve includes a sleeve body(110), the first accessing hole(120), the second accessing hole(130), and a binding band(150). The sleeve body includes a diagonal bar(112) and a lower bar(113) in both sides of an upper bar(111). A cut groove(114) is included in the inner side of the upper bar, the diagonal bar and the lower bar. A stick piece(116) with a distribution groove(115) in which a main line is distributed is included in end part of the lower bar. A linkage(117) is included in intimate offset front and rear side.
