JIG AND METHOD FOR MEASURING RUNOUT OF FLANGE SURFACES OF HUB UNIT

A jig for measuring runout of flange surfaces of a hub unit for a vehicle wheel.  The flange surfaces are located between plate-like projections of an irregular-shaped wheel mounting flange and are provided adjacent to flange surfaces of the projections to form an annular continuous surface.  The projections radially project from the outer peripheral surface of a hub wheel which is a rotating member of the hub unit, and each of the projections has a bolt insertion hole on the front end thereof.
