<p>A technique of estimating how a user is going to use a terminal device over time. User's operation history information about the terminal device is divided into pieces of operation history information at regular intervals. A pair of feature values representing usage for each piece of operation history information of each divided segment is calculated. In an space that is based on the feature values, a locus connecting points corresponding to the pair of feature values in order of time is referred to as a usage locus. A processing device (110) compares the usage loci of reference users which are calculated from the operation history information of the reference users with a usage locus of a user to be analyzed which is calculated from the operation history information of the user to be analyzed, and estimates how the user to be analyzed is going to use from the usage locus of the reference user which is similar to the usage locus of the user to be analyzed.</p> |
