PURPOSE: A camera module with an auto focus function is provided to conveniently connect a coil unit with a PCB without respect to the locations of extracting parts of wire terminals of the coil unit, thereby conveniently connecting the coil unit with the PCB. CONSTITUTION: A coil unit(120) is fixed to a lens unit. A magnet unit(130) is connected to one among wire terminals of the coil unit. A holder(141) is fixed to a printed circuit board. Legs of a spring member(151) is protruded toward the holder. The first connection terminal(161) is touched with the magnet unit. The second connection terminal is touched with at least one of the legs of the spring member.
