<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a single-channel buffer circuit that has usability. <P>SOLUTION: The buffer circuit formed of a single channel thin-film transistor is constituted with (a) a first output stage formed of a first thin-film transistor and a second thin-film transistor connected in series; (b) a seventh thin-film transistor where one principal electrode is connected to a control wire (first control wire) of the first thin-film transistor, the other principal electrode is connected to the power supply of the second thin-film transistor, and a control electrode is connected to a second control wire; (c) an eighth thin-film transistor where the one principal electrode is connected to the control wire (second control wire) of the second thin-film transistor, the other principal electrode is connected to the power supply of the second thin-film transistor, and the control electrode is connected to the first control wire, and (d) an eleventh thin-film transistor, where an output end of a second output stage, connected in parallel with the first output stage is connected to the control electrode and one principal electrode is connected to the first control wire. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
