<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boiled noodle making device which can simultaneously and uniformly boil a lot of noodles in a short time without tangling and extremely exceeds in practicality. <P>SOLUTION: The boiled noodle manufacturing device includes a boiling basket body 3 in which two or more slender mounting accommodating portions 9, which can mount and store two or more noodles 1 in parallel which properly arranging their shaft directions, are prepared in a juxtaposition state, a noodle boiling tub 5 having an introducing and leading port 4 which can introduce and lead the boiling basket bodies 3 in a state of laminating them in two or more steps, a heating mechanism which heats boiling hot water 7 stored within this noodle boiling tub 5, and a moving mechanism which moves the boiling basket body 3 in this boiling hot water 7 when the boiling hot water 7 is heated by this heating mechanism. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
