PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide economical structure for attaching fixed blades which facilitates replacement work of the fixed blades, the chip-like fixed blades, and a crushing apparatus. SOLUTION: In the structure for attaching the fixed blades 8 disposed in the turning path of a plurality of rotary blades fixedly disposed on the peripheral face of a crushing rotor rotating around a given axis, and meshed with the rotary blades for shear-crushing the crushing objects, a plurality of fixed blade support members 12 on which the plurality of fixed blades 8 are disposed are arrayed and fixed by bolts to level difference parts of a bench 5 disposed to face the crushing rotor so that the fixed blades 8 face the rotating blades, and a guide part is provided for separating the fixed blade support members 12 from the level difference parts without abutting on the crushing rotor.
