<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of forcibly cooling a beverage or the like for a long time even if the beverage or the like is chilled and left on a table or the like, and being applied to any container of a different size and shape. Ž<P>SOLUTION: (A) A flexible material such as a plastic or the like is shaped like a barrel, which is filled with a polymer including water and is arranged and fixed to a belt. A fastener device such as a hook-and-loop fastener 4 or the like is attached to the front and rear surfaces of both ends of the belt. (B) The device shaped according to (A) is put into a freezing compartment of a refrigerator, and is taken out after the polymer including the water is frozen. The device is attached and used in such a manner that the device is wrapped around the container including the beverage.
