PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an umbrella housing implement which houses a wet folding umbrella that is folded, prevents the leakage and exudation of water even when it is housed in a bag or the like and carried, and is capable of being repeatedly used. SOLUTION: Many piles P roughly in a columnar shape are disposed over the entire surface on the inner part side of a back side rectangular piece Bb and on the entire surface on the inner part side of a front side rectangular piece Ba. The base part of each pile P is connected to a ground fabric S configuring the back side rectangular piece Bb and a ground fabric S configuring the front side rectangular piece Ba. Each pile P forms roughly a columnar shape and is composed by densely providing the non-water-absorbing filaments F of 0.3 denier so as to have a radial shape roughly in a radial direction centering on the axis of the pile P and densely providing them in the axial direction, and the almost columnar outer peripheral surface of the pile P is formed from the tip end parts of the filaments F.
