<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight hold-down fitting which can be three-dimensionally molded from one metal plate only by punching and bending molding, which eliminates variations in manufacture and structural resistance, and which facilitates construction. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This hold-down fitting, which is formed by the punching and bending molding of the metal plate with a predetermined thickness, comprises: a vertically long strip-like mounting plate 2; a pair of one bracket portion 4 and the other bracket portion 5, parallel to each other, which is formed by being bent in a perpendicular direction in such a manner as to continue into right and left lower portions of the mounting plate 2; a seat plate 7 for attaching a bolt, which is formed by being bent integrally with a horizontal upper edge part of the other bracket portion 5, so as to butt against a horizontal upper edge part of the one bracket portion 4; a plurality of mounting holes 8 which are formed in the mounting plate 2; and a bolt insertion hole 9 which is formed in the seat plate 7. An engaging protrusion 6, which is protrusively formed at the upper edge part of the one bracket portion 4, is fitted into an engaging hole 10 which is formed at the end, butting against the one bracket portion 4, of the seat plate 7.
