PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust heat recovery device enabling to suppress the breakage of an evaporation side connection part due to vibration. SOLUTION: A first length H1 and a second length H2 are set to satisfy a relationship of H1/H2≥0.95, where the first length H1 is the length of the cross section of the evaporation side connection part 71 viewed from the flowing direction of operating fluid, in the direction parallel to the direction of vibration having the maximum amplitude, out of vibration applied to the evaporation side connection part 71, and the second length H2 is the length thereof in the direction perpendicular to the direction of vibration having the maximum amplitude.
