<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL display device having a structure formed by laminating organic luminescent layers and having little unevenness in display. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Pixels P1, P2 in which two or more luminescent layers 12, 14, 16 are laminated, intermediate electrodes 13a, 13b, 15a, 15b are disposed between two or more luminescent layers, and a repeller 21 and a light extracting electrode 11 are each disposed so as to hold the two or more laminated luminescent layers between them are two dimensionally disposed on a substrate 10 to form this display device. As to the two pixels P1, P2 adjacent to each other, the light extracting electrode and the repeller are connected with each other in the same layer, and they have equal potential. As to at least the two pixels adjacent to each other, the light extracting electrodes are electrically connected with each other and the repellers are connected with each other, and the light extracting electrodes are electrically connected with the repellers.
