<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve press-down operability of a handle by preventing the pain of the palm or the like by a repelling impact force in press-down operation of the handle. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the manual printing device comprising a printing body 3 disposed inside a support frame 2 connected onto a bottom plate 1, and a handle 5 provided on the upper side of a press-down shaft 4 connected to the upper surface of the printing body 3, an elastic body 7 is provided on at least an upper end part to be held by the hand of the handle 5, so that the repelling impact force transmitted to the hand in the press-down operation of the handle 5 can be absorbed and eased by the elastic body 7.
