FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: treatment method of diffusion juice provides for progressive predefecation, main defecation, first saturation, filtering of the first saturation juice, additional defecation of the filtered juice, second saturation and filtering of the second saturation juice. The defecated juice is treated with ozone-air mixture in the impulse electromagnetic field with induction of 0.02-0.03 Tl.
