The invention relates to device destined for the continuous maintenance of the alignment of two nodes connected through free-space optical link. More precisely, the invention undertakes the continuous control of the alignment as well as the guidanceof the alignment correction mechanism, if necessary. Constitution: optical system, image memory, guidance circuit of the alignment mechanism and array image sensor of the reference images which are produced by analysis of the features of the environmental image as received by the optical system.
