PURPOSE: Double layer bearing manufactured using liquid double centrifugal casting, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve a service life, and reduce the manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: Double layer bearing comprises a first layer(10) and a second layer(20). The first layer forms outside by double centrifugal casting. The first layer is formed of a plastic hollow which has an outer surface(12) and an inner surface(14) by a centrifugal casting method. The second layer is formed of a plastic hollow. The first layer is composed of one selected among SS41, S10C-S55C, and SCM440. The second layer is composed of Cu:20-85 weight%, Zn:14.7-50 weight%, Al:0.1-10 weight%, Mn:0.1-10 weight%, and Fe:0.1-10 weight%. |
