PURPOSE: A platform base mobile apparatus for advertisement services and a method thereof for an efficient advertisement service are provided to supply special advertisement to a user under agreement of a user. CONSTITUTION: A mobile terminal(10) receives a mobile advertisement platform in the subscription of the advertisement service product. The mobile terminal establishes the mobile advertisement platform. The mobile terminal gives a service of advertisement contents. An advertisement supply server(20) transmits the mobile advertisement platform to the mobile terminal joining into the advertisement service product. The advertisement supply server offers the advertisement contents corresponding to the fixed reception hope advertisement information in the advertisement service product subscription.
