PURPOSE: A ground cutting apparatus and a method thereof are provided to improve outer appearance and make a cut part smooth. CONSTITUTION: A ground cutting apparatus comprises a support frame(20), a plurality of rods(30), and a plurality of perforation bits(60). The rod is mounted on the support frame to be rotated. The rod is mounted in a raw to be moved vertically. The perforation bit is installed on the end of the rods to move vertically.
