FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to devices for wet cleaning of gases from finely dispersed hard particles and hazardous gaseous admixtures in various industries. Device comprises inlet nozzle in the form of confusor with three rows of openings on its surface, collector of slurry, outlet cylindrical nozzle for gas, device for spraying of liquid in the form of three sprayers installed on inlet nozzle for gas. Body of device is arranged as cylindrical in middle part, in upper part - in the form of volute with inclined axis, in lower part - in the form of truncated cone with slurry drain hole. In upper part of outlet cylindrical nozzle for gas there is diffuser installed, on outlet opening of which there is helical volute arranged. Rectangular opening is arranged on lateral side of helical volute, to edge of which there is plate attached with cylindrical chute. Cylindrical chute is rigidly attached by external surface to another vertical edge of helical volute opening. Confusor connected to cover of slurry collector via pipeline is attached to lower end of cylindrical chute. ^ EFFECT: reduced hydraulic resistance of device with simultaneous improvement of capacity and efficiency of gas purification in it. ^ 8 dwg |
