FIELD: mechanics. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to designs of hose and cable coiler and decoiler. Proposed device comprises wheeled chassis supporting vertical support with suspension elements representing two fixed guides mounted thereon, each shaped as a curved element. Curved elements have their concave surfaces facing each other and spaced a bit apart. They serve to make support for hoses and/or cables in at least two positions. In compliance with the first version, curved elements are constricted by one or two partitions directed up or down, parallel or almost parallel to said support. Note here that said curved elements are furnished with auxiliary intermediate partitions. In compliance with the third version, curved elements are relatively arranged so that hoses and/or cables can be coiled thereon to form elongated structure for volume saving purposes.
