FIELD: information technologies. ^ SUBSTANCE: new in suggested telephone communications switch is introduction of interface unit (IU), the first and the second units of automatic vocoders (AV), unit of channel sets (CS), unit of interaction and control signals (ICS), channel input unit to which long distance (LD) channels are connected including audio frequency (AF) channels, radio channels (RC) and digital channels (DC), and changing connections between known units which allowed for achievement of set goal and providing connections not only over subscriber lines (SL) and junction lines (JL) but also over LD channels, especially over digital channels with different data transmission rate thereby improving quality of provided communication services. ^ EFFECT: functionality enhancement due to providing switch operation via analog and digital communication channels and improvement of its operation reliability. ^ 1 dwg |
