<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage medium recorded with an exchange transaction program of a financial product etc. which creates an exchange transaction market for financial/semi-financial products etc. through a computer network, and makes position resolving demand and position creation demand of a customer match mutually, an exchange transaction system of a financial product etc. and an article exchange transaction method thereof, and to provide a new method of asset management to enable a customer to save a service charge to be paid to a mediater, minimizing a market risk between a resolving act and a creation act, improving liquidity of articles, and further carrying out a new type of arbitrage, and raising efficiency in the consolidated management of asset/liabilities. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention comprises a computer readable storage medium recorded with the exchange transaction program of a financial product etc., the exchange transaction system of a financial product etc. and an article exchange transaction method.
