PURPOSE: A preparation method of bread containing doenjang(soybean paste) is provided to maintain the taste, flavor, efficacy of doenjang by adding doenjang to the conventional bread material such as wheat flour, yeast, sugar, and oil. CONSTITUTION: A preparation method of bread containing doenjang comprises the steps of: mixing and kneading wheat flour, yeast, doenjang, sugar, oil, yeast, skimmed milk powder and water; molding the kneaded material; and steaming bread moldings. The doenjang comprises conventional toenjang, rice doenjang, barley doenjang, combination doenjang, enrichment doenjang, flavor doenjang, and fermented soybeans.
