FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: there is offered molecule of nucleic acid inducing CEA immune response, containing a nucleotide sequence that codes a fused protein on a basis of carcinoembryonal antigen (CEA) or its functional version fused with a subunit B of thermolabile enterotoxin E coli. There are described versions thereof, as well as the related purified protein. There is disclosed an expression vector containing said molecule of nucleic acid, and a host-cell containing specified vector.
