Dynamic neck tension relief pillow comprising a moving mechanism and an ordinary pillow (8) either placed on the moving mechanism by the user himself ( fig.1 , 2 ) or permanently incorporated to the moving mechanism ( fig.3 , 4 ), wherein the pillow position being balanced between the weight of the user's head and the spring force of a rubber band (4), the rubber band being incorporated in the moving mechanism.
