PURPOSE: A plasma display panel is provided to prevent the corrosion or the migration of electrode by preventing the penetration of the moisture and oxygen on the bus electrode. CONSTITUTION: The electrode is located on surface substrates(101,111). The silica film is located on surface electrode. The electrode among bus electrodes(102b,103) or data electrode(113). The electrode is the pad part. The thickness of the silica film is smaller than the thickness of the terminal of the film type interface supplying the driving signal to the pad part. |
