LIGHTNING RATE ANALYSIS SYSTEM AND ANALYSIS METHOD OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: A lightning rate analysis system and an analysis method thereof are provided to calculate a lighting rate of each apartment house and an apartment complex at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A unit(10) receives information of a reference house. The unit includes a lighting window display part inserted into the center of a lighting window. An apartment complex forming unit(30) arranges a plurality of units within an apartment complex. A neighboring apartment distance calculator(50) calculates a distance to the apartment neighboring to each unit and the neighboring apartment distance of each direction based on each reference apartment information. A lighting rate calculator(70) produces a lighting rate of each unit based on the reference apartment information and the calculated distances.
