THE COMPOSITION FOR WALL PAPER PREPARED USING PVE RESIN WITHOUT HARMFUL COMPONENTS AND METHOD FOR PREPARING THEREOF

PURPOSE: An environment-friendly composition for wall paper prepared using PVE resin is provided to block harmful materials emitted from wallpaper, to emit anions, far infrared rays and phytoncide which are helpful for the human body, and to improve antibiotic property, deodorization and moisture permeability of the wallpaper. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an environment-friendly PVE wall paper composition comprises the steps of: adding wood flour 20~35 weight% and cypress timber wood dust 5~10 weight% to the PVE resin 40~55 weight% and stirring the materials at a room temperature for 1~2 hour to form a mixture; adding 5~10 weight% of zeolite powder and humidity-control antibacterial agent to the mixture and stirring the materials at a room temperature for 1~2 hours to form the final mixture; and aging the final mixture at a low temperature of 25~27 °C for 3~4 hours.
