PURPOSE: A pad input signal processing circuit is provided to ignore a deep power-down mode entry option which is required irrespective of a pre-process by removing a fuse. CONSTITUTION: A pad input signal processing circuit comprises a pad(10), a controller(20) and a signal output part(40). The controller controls a pad output terminal which is inputted with a first control signal in response to a power up signal. The signal processing part outputs a deep power-down signal in response to a second control signal and a signal of the pad output terminal. The controller comprises a first operation unit and a current sink unit. The first operation unit performs a logic operation process in response to the first control signal and the power-up signal. The current sink unit is driven in response to an output signal of the first operation unit. The first operation unit comprises a first logic device and a second logic device. The current sink unit comprises a first NMOS transistor and a first PMOS transistor. The signal output part comprises a second operation unit for outputting the deep power-down signal in response to an output signal of a buffer part and the second control signal.
