<p>A method of hot dip galvanizing and the product obtained therefrom are provided. The present invention uses pure Zn tablet with 99.995% of Zn and novel Zn bath that differs from the conventional Zn bath containing Pb. The present Zn bath contains 98-99% of Zn, 0.2-1.0% of Al and less than 1% of other metals. The method for corrosion resistance by using the said novel Zn bath is environmental due to free of pollution from heavy metals such as Pb ,Cd etc.</p> |
