<p>The method involves digitizing a document in a file in format of an image, and recognizing a text. A file in format of the text corresponding to a digitized document is generated and stored. The file in format of the image of the digitized document is conserved in a conditioned manner by searching a keyword in the file in format of the text from a database. A connection link between the file in format of the image of the digitized document and the file in format of the text is generated. An independent claim is also included for a device for digitizing a document in a file.</p> |
