A resistance heating cable having anisotropic emission properties comprises a heating element made as amorphous alloys thin strip of ordered composition and covered with at least one layer of electric insulation material. The resistance heating cable is provided with a heat emission reflector made as a strip arranged along cable length. An insulating layer is provided with at least two flanges located on one of wide sides along cable length and made of the like material as the insulating layer, whereon the heat emission reflector is placed.
