PROCESS FOR THE PREPARATION OF HYDROGEN

摘要

A process for the preparation of hydrogen comprises the interaction of activated aluminium with water. Aluminium alloy with the content of bismuth 3 % and zinc 1.5-5.0 mass % is used. Melting of alloy components Al-Bi-Zn is carried out at temperature ≥660 °С in atmosphere of argon with the further temperature raise to 1100 °С by rapid stirring of alloy with mechanical mixer with the rotation rate of 300-600 r/min, with the further discharge of homogenized at 1100 °С Al-Bi-Zn alloy to the cooled by water metal form with temperature 3-5 °С. The alloy cooling rate makes up 650-1300 °С/sec.
