CIRCUITS FORMING METHOD OF PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD USING MAGNETIC PARTICLES

PURPOSE: A method for forming a circuit of a PCB using a magnetic particle is provided to shorten a process time by patterning a circuit in an insulating resin in which a minute magnetic particle of a liquid state or a gel state is mixed. CONSTITUTION: A circuit is formed on a silicon wafer. A magnetic particle is deposited on the wafer. A magnetic mask for forming a circuit pattern is formed by selectively removing the magnetic particle of a region except for the circuit forming part. A resin of a varnish state formed by mixing a magnetic particle(21) to an insulating resin(20) is coated on one surface or both surfaces of a core material(40). A circuit pattern is formed by sending the magnetic mask(10) to the resin. The resin is hardened. At least one part of the circuit pattern is exposed on the resin.
