<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shake correcting camera system having a high shake correcting effect regardless to whether flash light is emitted, and to provide a shake correcting camera, an image recovery device and a shake correcting program. <P>SOLUTION: When the flash light is emitted, a point image function is corrected on the basis of flash light information concerning light emission by a flash light emitting part (S754) after arithmetically calculating the point image function (S753).
