<p>A surgical apparatus comprising: a spacial structure deformable or enlarged, in which it is possible to support tissues inside of the body cavity and to be placed at least temporarily in the body, when it is disposed in a body cavity in the enlarged state; a spacial structure introduction mechanism which is able to insert the spacial structure in the shrunken state into the body cavity; an endoscope or a treatment instrument, a distal end of which is inserted from an opening provided in the spacial structure disposed in the body cavity, and the distal end is oriented to a pathological lesion located on the inner side of the tissues inside of the body cavity which is supported by the spacial structure.</p> |
