PURPOSE: A fixed type ventilator is provided to freely control amount of the fluid loaded and unloaded to the ventilation opening inside or outside. CONSTITUTION: A fixed type ventilator comprises a fastener(11), a support stand(40), and a guide plate(20). The fastener is formed in the inner circumference of a fixing stand. The support stand is joined and fixed in the fastener. And the top portion of the support stand is bent to settle and fix to the cover plate. The guide plate is formed between the fixing stand and the cover plate to fix in the support stand, and the flow of the air current is guided. The lower part of the support stand is bent and the bent portion is settled in the top end portion of the fixing stand(10).
