<p>PURPOSE: A method for extracting neohesperidin from citrus peel using supercritical fluid extraction is provided to extract neohesperidin through a single process by optimizing extracting pressure, extraction time, the kind and concentration of solvent aid using carbon dioxide. CONSTITUTION: A method for extracting neohesperidin from citrus peel using supercritical fluid extraction is characterized in that: supercritical extraction is performed under pressure 40~50MPa for extraction time 20~60 minutes; an extraction temperature is 30~60°C and extraction time is 20~60; and a solvent aid of the supercritical extraction uses methanol or ethanol.</p> |
