<p>The invention relates to a driven galette which can be heated inductively and to a method for operating a galette which can be heated inductively. In order to save installation space for the galette, both heating coils for heating and stator coils for driving the galette are provided within the galette cover on a common holding device, wherein the stator coils are arranged within the heating region. Here, a plurality of coils or the windings of the coils can be arranged in an alternating manner. There is likewise provision for the same coils to be provided for heating and electric-motor drive.</p> |
