<p>The device has a base body (1) with two ends (1a, 1b), a flexible and expandable section (2) and a non-expandable thrust bearing (3). A flexible finger-shaped anchoring unit (4) is attached at a mounting point (4a) at the bearing. A retraction device (5) is connected with the section at a fastening point (5a). The section is transformed from a non-expandable state into an expandable state, and the fastening point is placed away from the mounting point. The retraction device is non-expandable during transformation of the section, so that the anchoring unit is moved towards the body. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) an electrode line with an apparatus for fastening a temporarily or permanently implantable medical device (2) a system for transforming an expandable section of a temporarily or permanently implantable medical device fastening apparatus or an electrode line (3) a method for moving an anchoring unit in a direction of a base body.</p> |
