PURPOSE: An electrical component is provided to form a hole which juts out a driving shaft with the high positional precision by reducing cost accompanied with the manufacture of a case. CONSTITUTION: The electrical component(10) comprises a case, driving shaft, and detection means in a first case. The case blocks inside by fixing a second case(22) which is formed independently with the first case(21). A driving shaft(30) is maintained to slidely move to the second case in the state that one end of the driving shaft juts out from the outside the case. The detection means is accepted in the first case. The detection means outputs the signal according to the activation amount of the driving shaft.
