PURPOSE: A storage medium having a master boot record, a computer system including the storage medium, and a booting method of the computer system are provided to use different operating system which is booted in different master boot record. CONSTITUTION: A selection unit(200) receives a selection signal. A storage medium(100) has a first data storage region and a second data storage region. A first operating system is stored in the first data storage region. A second data storage region stores the first operating system and a second operating system which is different from the first operating system. A controller(300) executes booting of the first operating system or the second operating system based on a reception of a user selection signal.
