PURPOSE: A ropeskipping rope is provided, which makes water pail and portable articles received in the handle of a ropeskipping rope and maximizes the exercise effect. CONSTITUTION: A ropeskipping rope comprises a case cover(18) fixed to the both ends of the rope-skipping rope(12); and a storage case(14) which is combined to be separable from the case cover and in which a receiving space(16) is formed to keep articles inside. In the receiving space of the storage case, the water pail is accepted. A loop(26) is equipped in the periphery of the storage case. A fixed string(28) is connected to the loop to be worn on the wrist. The weight of the storage case is controlled by adjusting amount of the sand or water.
