The present process involves prefabricated parts being produced from a material which contains at least one plastic, to be precise using a closing tool (30) comprising a first insert (36), which has a hollow space (5), and a second insert (37), wherein this second insert has a projection (15) which can be moved into the hollow space in the first insert. The projection is moved into the hollow space of the hollow insert, and therefore the material can be injected into the cavity between the inserts. The projection (15) is moved automatically in accordance with the material behaviour, such as foaming and shrinking, and fixed during the cooling phase. The temperature of the mould contours is controlled by controlling an inductive heater integrated in the inserts (36, 37) and by controlling the cooling liquid in the ducts (58, 59) of the inserts (36 and 37). |
