ELEMENT RETAINED IN BLOOD SHOWING DEGRADABILITY SELECTIVELY IN TUMOR TISSUE

It is intended to provide a lipid membrane structure having improved retentivity in blood and intracellular migration ability. The lipid membrane structure comprising (I) a phospholipid derivative containing a residue of an alcohol compound, a residue of a phospholipid and a peptide interposed between the residue of an alcohol compound and the residue of a phospholipid, and (II) a phospholipid derivative modified with a polyethylene glycol having a weight average molecular weight of from 3000 to 20000 without interposition of the peptide. The lipid membrane structure of the invention has improved retentivity in blood and excellent intracellular migration ability.
