摘要 A thermo processed type high intensity main post caliper manufacturing method is provided to improve the continued ratio by making the high intensity and light weight of a brake component. A thermo processed type high intensity main post caliper manufacturing method comprises: a fist thermal processing step of making the matrix tissue with austenitizing after inputting the spheroidal graphite cast iron made from C 3.3~3.8%; Si 2.5~3.0%; Mn less than 0.4%; p less than 0.05%; S less than 0.05%; Mg less than 0.05%; Ni 0.5% and the remnant Fe into a furnace; and a second thermal processing step of austempering the matrix tissue in a salt bath furnace for 30~80 minutes after cooling at 365-395°C and then transforming the matrix tissue of the spheroidal graphite cast iron to the banitic ferrite and high carbon retained austenite.
