A battery unit attachment structure of an electric car is provided to increase the rigidity of a battery unit attachment part of a side member for a load applied in the direction of the width of a car body by using a reinforcement member. A battery unit attachment structure of an electric car includes a beam member, a cylindrical nut member, a bolt, a first plate(311), and a second plate(312). The beam member is arranged in the direction of the width of a car body and supports a battery unit. The nut member is arranged in a side member(31) and extended vertically. The bolt is inserted into the nut member under the side member and fixes a combining part of the beam member to the bottom face of the side member. The first plate includes a reinforcement member which is arranged between a pair of side walls of the side member. The second plate is located on the bottom face of the side member.
