In a selection device and ordering device for the motor controller, the motor controller comprises a selection computing section (10), an input section (11), an output section (12), a mechanism condition input section (13), a command setting section (14), a monitoring section (15), and an evaluation section (16) and evaluates/selects the construction in which the motor controller registered in a characteristic database and machine parts registered in a mechanism condition characteristic database from a driving pattern and a mechanism condition are viable as a machine system. The ordering device orders the selected motor controller and machine parts through a network.
