A semiconductor device and a data recording method of the memory are provided, which enables to perform the register of new data from time to time after the manufacture of the semiconductor device. A semiconductor device comprises the memory circuit(102), writing circuit(104) and reading circuit(106). The memory circuit comprises the memory cell array. The memory cell of the memory cell array records binary data. The writing circuit comprises the first writing circuit and the second writing circuit. The first writing circuit records one side of binary data on one among memory cells. The second writing circuit records the other side of binary data.
