A tilting chair is provided, which prevents sliding between the human body and the back plate body from being generated in tilting. A tilting chair comprises: a tilt(130) which binds the seat plate body(110) and back plate body(120) in order to be rotatable; a leg part(140) connected to the tilt; and an armrest which is combined with the middle portion of the seat plate body in order to support the arm of a user. The back plate body comprises a back plate skeleton and a back plate which is combined to be movable by the movable member upward and downward against the back plate skeleton.
